Present Perfect Tense
A sentence which is in the present perfect tense is transformed to passive according to the following rule:

O + has + been + P.P
       have
-She has done her work in a perfect way. (active)
 Her work has been done in a perfect way (by her). (passive)
-They have presented a wonderful play. (active)
 A wonderful play has been presented (by them). (passive)
-The lecturer has raised so many difficult questions. (active)
  So many difficult questions have been raised (by the lecturer). (passive)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense

In order to transform a sentence in this tense to the passive form one can follow this rule:

O + has + been + being + P.P
       have
-I have been studying English for the last ten years. (active)
English has been being studied for the last ten years. (passive)
-He has been making preparations for his wedding day. (active)
Preparations have been being made for his wedding day. (passive)

Past perfect Tense

To transform a sentence in this tense into passive, the following rule can be used:

O + had + been + P.P

- They had discharged her from the police force for bad conduct. (active)
  She had been discharged from the police force for bad conduct. (passive)
- I had given my little sister a precious present on her twentieth birthday. (active)
  My little sister had been given a precious present on her twentieth birthday (by me).
 (passive)

Past Perfect Continuous Tense

To transform a sentence in this tense into passive, the following rule can be used:

O + had + been + being + P.P

- They had been discussing the progress of the project. (active)
  The progress of the project had been being discussed. (passive)
- The artist had been sculpturing these statues for the last two years. (active)
  These statues had been being sculptured for the last two years. (passive)

Future Simple Tense

To transform a sentence in this tense into passive, the following rule can be used:

O + will + be + P.P

- The author will publish his new book next month. (active)
  The author’s new book will be published next month (by him). (passive)
- The government will deploy military forces along the borders to prevent
  sneaking. (active)
  Military forces will be deployed along the borders to prevent sneaking. (passive)

Future Continuous Tense

In order to transform a sentence in this tense to the passive form one can follow this rule:

O + will + be + being + P.P

- Sally will be typing her research next Friday. (active)
  Sally’s research will be being typed (by her) next Friday. (passive)
- They will be presenting their play for the next two weeks. (active)
  Their play will be being presented for the next two weeks. (passive)

Future Perfect Tense

In order to transform a sentence in this tense to the passive form one can follow this rule:

O + will + have + been + P.P

- I will have finished my research paper by the end of this month. (active)
  My research paper will have been finished by the end of this month. (passive)
- By tomorrow night, we will have solved all the problems facing our project. (active)
  By tomorrow night, all the problems facing our project will have been solved. (passive)

Future Perfect Continuous Tense

In order to transform a sentence in this tense to the passive form one can follow this rule:

O + will + have + been + being + P.P

- I will have been applying for a new job. (active)
  A new job will have been being applied for. (passive)
- The postman will have been sending the mail. (active)
  The mail will have been being sent. (passive)

Note that the passive form cannot be applied to sentences that have reflexive pronouns (himself, herself, ourselves, myself, and themselves) or reciprocal pronouns (each other and one another)

- I see myself in the mirror. (active)
* Myself is seen in the mirror. (wrong)
- They fought each other in the battle. (active)
* Each other was fought in the battle. (wrong)
